TONS of gluten-free choices, clearly labeled as such on the menu (in fact, the executive chef’s daughter has Celiac, so he is very aware and has worked very hard to make sure there are lots of yummy choices for you). That being said, however, always be sure to mention that you need to eat GLUTEN FREE to your server (just to avoid any mix-up, since it tends to be a very busy restaurant). HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!
- WHAT TO ORDER (my personal favorites):
Viva Las Fajitas (seasoned skirt steak is my favorite)! Although it doesn’t say it’s gluten-free (because it normally comes with flour tortillas), they can make it gluten free and serve with CORN tortillas. It is SO GOOD…awesome flavor! - Tableside Guacamole! Ripe avocados, serrano chilies cilantro, onion, tomatoes, fresh squeezed lime, seasoned with sea salt…made to order, just how YOU like it!
- Margaritas! Too many different yummy flavors and styles to list here… 😉
